My name is Jon Gephart, founder of Gephart's Tech Consulting. For years, I’ve worked in tech support, and I truly love helping people navigate their digital world. But I quickly ran into a major problem: there are so many people out there who need tech help, and I’m only one person.

As many people have pointed out, I do need to sleep at some point!

I created Geppy, my AI assistant, to be the solution. I wanted to build an "always-there" IT guy who could be there for everyone 24/7.

But I also knew that the future of tech help isn't just about finding an answer—it's about already knowing the context. Why should you have to waste time telling an AI (or a person!) what model your printer is, or what computer you have? What if it just knew?

That is the vision behind GeppyAI.

Geppy is that smart assistant. He’s designed to securely understand your devices—to know what you’ve got in your "tech department." This way, you can stop explaining the problem and just get the solution. You can Also add your household appliances and even your vehicle
